Weeping moss is native to China and was introduced into the aquarium hobby in 2004. 
In the wild, this plant is found on moist rocks, riverbanks and alongside streams
It gets its name due to its similar appearance to the weeping willow tree.
Weeping moss can be emersed or completely submerged.
This plant prefers more acidic pH, 6 being ideal, but can also thrive in neutral water conditions.
This plant makes a great hiding spot for fish fry and other small and shy aquarium dwellers. 
Great for filtering out nitrates and other harmful toxins.
